Scenario: 
The parents of a 12-year-old boy, a 7th grader, discover he has been watching pornography on his iPad. They learn he got the link to this site from a school friend in their chat. The parents implement appropriate controls and inform a vice principal at the middle school about what’s happened, thinking she ought to intervene by reaching out to other parents in the chat group. The boy’s parents don’t know the other parents or have any desire to connect with them. The vice principal is inclined to overlook the whole situation and move on but feels that approach may be morally regrettable. How ought she proceed?
