Dr. Jonathan Blake Huer is a leader in educational technology and distance learning. At AT&T, he works with K-12 and higher ed customers to achieve their digital transformation goals. Prior to joining AT&T, Jonathan worked in higher education with an emphasis on academic technologies, career and technical education, and workforce development programs. He's been named an Apple Distinguished Educator, Adobe Education Leader, Campus Technology Innovator, and “Indiana Tech Educator of the Year”. 


Dr. Kevin D. Starks

As a principal and lifelong educator, Dr. Kevin D. Starks has proven to be a noteworthy leader in the space of equity in education. In his current work with T-Mobile, he leads education for the entire central region, partnering with districts, libraries, and municipalities to collaborate, strategize, lead whiteboard sessions, design professional development, and research to help bridge the digital divide. Dr. Starks is an adjunct professor at Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville where he teaches Master’s level capstone courses to education’s promising future school administrators and superintendents.
