In his current work with T-Mobile, he leads education for the entire central region, partnering with districts, libraries, and municipalities to collaborate, strategize, lead whiteboard sessions, design professional development, and research to help bridge the digital divide. Dr. Starks is an adjunct professor at Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville where he teaches Master’s level capstone courses to education’s promising future school administrators and superintendents.
