At 4 each morning, before I am awake, my AI agent is already working. By the time I begin my day as superintendent of Peninsula School District in Washington, I have a personalized briefing waiting, available to read or listen to as a podcast.

As part of our Google GSV Fellowship work, Peninsula is exploring what we call an Open Adaptive District: a public school system capable of learning and adapting as rapidly as technology changes, while keeping students, relationships and human judgment at the center.
