AI Super Summit

AI Super Summit Building Brains to Think Critically and Empathetically in the AI Era

The question is no longer whether leaders will use AI, or whether they know how to use the tools. It’s whether they are building the judgment, systems and culture to use AI intentionally in the everyday work of leading schools.

The policy is still being written. The pressure is already here. This Summit is where your team builds the judgment to lead through both.

AI is moving into many corners of district decision-making, and most district leaders are being asked to lead through it without a playbook. This Summit isn't about learning how to use another tool. It's about strengthening the judgment that decides how any tool gets used — and building that judgment together, as a team, on a real challenge you're trying to overcome in your district.

By the end of this Summit, leaders will be able to:

  1. Exercise judgment over AI policy timing and shape: deciding when and if their district is ready to formalize an approach, what that approach should include, and how their community's context should shape it.
  2. Build a shared decision-making language with their team so choices about AI stay grounded in human leadership judgment and community trust.
  3. Apply a judgment framework to AI-assisted decisions: knowing when to trust an output, when to challenge it, and when to change course.
  4. Identify their district's current position on the AI-adoption spectrum and lead confidently from wherever that is.
  5. Turn an actionable district challenge into a concrete solution, using AI as a sidekick to your team’s expertise.

Bring one, two, three members of your cabinet or your school sites. Leave with a plan you know you can implement to start off 2027.

 Ignite Sessions

See judgment in action. Ignite sessions feature districts — rural, suburban, urban, and everything in between — sharing real stories from their own AI journey. You'll come away with strategies you can put to work, directly from colleagues who have been where you are.

 Student Voice

Today's students have sharp insights about how AI fits into their learning. In July, Student Senators from all 50 states met in Boston and passed their own framework for AI in K-12 schools, the STUDENTS FIRST Act of 2026. The framework they passed protects authentic learning, human judgment, and the relationships at the heart of education. And you will be able to hear first-hand from two Florida students who helped write it.

 Start Up Showdown

Four startups will quickly pitch their solutions to you during the Summit, and your team will decide which one earns the vote!

Who should attend?

The AI Super Summit is built for district teams: superintendents, assistant superintendents, cabinet-level and school leaders. Come with your team! The Summit works best when the people who'll carry a decision forward are in the room together.
