Shaping the future for all learners.

Rural leaders and students

Rural districts face unique challenges in staffing, workforce development, partnerships, early learning and other areas that significantly impact their learners and communities. The comprehensive high school is the dinosaur in the room and is designed to prepare all students for a high school diploma. Yet we know that 99% of all high-wage, high-demand careers require training beyond a high school degree. If we don't hold high expectations for all students to earn more than a high school degree, then only a small percentage of students will be truly prepared for success.
