Applications are now being accepted for the 2024 Leadership Academy for Black Educators!

Moving into its second year, this academy and professional affinity group brings together educators at all stages of their careers to explore the following topics:

  • Equity & Cultural Responsiveness
  • Ethics & Professional Norms
  • Community of Care & Support for Students
  • Professional Capacity of School Personnel
  • Professional Community for Teachers & Staff
  • Curriculum, Instruction & Assessment
  • Meaningful Family & Community Engagement
  • Operations & Management
  • School Improvement

Sessions will conclude with actionable strategies, empowering participants to champion equity and culturally responsive practices that promote academic success and well-being for all.

Space is limited to 35 participants and applications are due May 31, 2024.
