AASA Joins National Organizations to Support FCC Nomination

AASA joined 15 other national education organizations in a letter supporting the nomination of Anna Gomez as a Commissioner with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). If confirmed, she will fill the fifth (final and only vacant) seat at the FCC and allow the Commission to move forward with initiatives. This could include work related to the E-Rate program as announced by FCC Chairwoman Jessica Rosenworcel last weekend.
