She possesses a rich background in fostering positive school climates, embedding social-emotional development, and facilitating restorative communities. Her earlier career spans roles in Baltimore City Public Schools, where she actively coached executive school teams and directed recruitment efforts, significantly impacting student wellness and career pathways for youth. Additionally, her expansive career in education highlights her adeptness in improving student outcomes, fostering persistence, and K-12 change management.
