Rob Clayton

Rob Clayton has served as superintendent of Warren County Public Schools, Kentucky’s fourth-largest district, since 2013. Under his leadership, the district has grown to 18,000+ students representing 90+ languages and 60 nationalities while maintaining top-tier academic performance. He has led major district innovation efforts, including Kentucky’s first international high school and multiple nationally recognized leadership schools. Mr. Clayton was named the 2023 Kentucky Superintendent of the Year and the 2022 National Superintendent of the Year.
