Katherine Sledge
Katherine provides strategic leadership and program development, connects with program funders and leads the execution of education privacy projects. She focuses on providing education privacy resources and reports, stakeholder alerts, technical assistance, policymaker education, speaking engagements and testimonies and trainings for stakeholders.
Katherine has extensive experience in program development, particularly in the youth and education privacy field, including serving as the Deputy Director of Projects and Operations for Youth and Education Privacy and the Future of Privacy Forum, and most recently, leading an NSF-funded grant program at the American Political Science Association.
Katherine received her Master’s of Public Administration with a concentration in Applied Politics: Women, Public Policy, and Political Advocacy from American University and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
