Julia Alimov

Julia Alimov serves as a Read to Achieve Coordinating Teacher with Wake County Public School System, where she supports the implementation of Read to Achieve across the district. Prior to stepping into her current role, Julia spent 10 years working in the Wake County Public School System, bringing firsthand school-based experience to her district-level work. With a background in special education, intervention, and Muti-Tiered System of Supports  (MTSS), she brings a strong focus on using data to move beyond simply measuring outcomes to informing decisions, identifying opportunities for growth, and strengthening supports for students and schools.
