Jill Louters

Jill Louters has served as the superintendent in the New Rockford-Sheyenne School District since 2012.

Her work in the district focuses on fiscal solvency while building a personalized learning environment, focused on high level engagement with students and staff. A graduate of Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota, Minnesota State University, Mankato and St. Mary's University of Minnesota, she earned her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership in 2020. She secured her National Superintendent Credential in 2017 from the American Association of School Administrators.
