Erin Rotheram-Fuller

Erin Rotheram-Fuller, Ph.D., is a Professor and Executive Strategist of Evaluation and Implementation Science for the Responsive Systems Design Lab at Arizona State University’s Mary Lou Fulton College for Teaching and Learning Innovation. Dr. Rotheram-Fuller has spent more than two decades working at the intersection of research and practice, partnering with schools, districts, families, and community organizations to strengthen inclusive educational systems and improve outcomes for students. Her research spans special education, autism, inclusion, community-based research, and the school and system conditions that support student success. She is a licensed psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has led federally funded interdisciplinary personnel preparation and school-based initiatives.

Her current work examines organizational responsiveness: how education systems recognize changing student needs, mobilize people and resources, adapt practice, and learn from evidence. Through the Responsive Systems Design Lab, she partners with education leaders to make these system dynamics visible and identify high-leverage opportunities for improvement.
