Dorletta Payton is a strategic education leader with over 20 years of experience driving results in leadership and team development. A graduate of Stanford University and the University of Chicago, she serves as Director of College and Career Readiness for Valley View School District, leading K–12 initiatives and overseeing school counselors. She also chairs DuPage County’s ACT-SO program and is a recognized advocate for expanding college access and student opportunity.
