Clinton Olson

Clinton Olson, MEM, PE is a licensed Professional Engineer with more than 8 years of experience supporting the design and development of HVAC and industrial refrigeration systems. In April 2025, he joined Greenheck on the Customer Insights Team, where he focuses on (1) voice of Customer best practices and industry understanding, (2) advancing the digital solutions roadmap and (3) driving full building solution designs. Before Greenheck, Clint served as a Sales Engineer with Stan Weaver & Company, where he partnered with design engineers, contractors, and manufacturers to deliver HVAC solutions for new construction, expansions, and retrofits. Clint also brings nearly a decade of service in the U.S. Navy as a Machinery Repairman Second Class, leading critical shipboard repair operations, training teams, and developing strong technical and leadership skills. He holds a Master of Engineering Management from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Florida. With a proven track record in engineering design, project leadership, and customer collaboration, Clint is passionate about leveraging insights and innovation to deliver solutions that help organizations grow and succeed.
