Caitlin Richard is Chief Financial Officer at Metro Nashville Public Schools. She joins MNPS after serving as CFO of Hartford Public Schools, where she led the district through a period of significant fiscal challenge, including navigating a projected $90 million budget deficit. During her tenure, she also spearheaded a scheduling partnership with Timely that reduced secondary staffing by roughly 20 FTEs and saved the district approximately $2 million — without layoffs.
