Amie Wood is the Vice President of Partner Experience at Waterford.org, where she leads the full partner journey from onboarding through implementation, support, and long-term impact. With more than two decades of experience in early childhood education, instructional design, and program leadership, she brings deep expertise in helping educators, families, and districts create meaningful learning experiences for young children.

During her tenure at Waterford, Amie has held roles across instructional design, professional learning, implementation, and family engagement, giving her a comprehensive understanding of how partners experience Waterford at every stage. She has worked with schools, districts, and state agencies nationwide to strengthen instructional practices, deepen family engagement, and support measurable outcomes for children.Amie holds a Master of Education in Learning and Technology and is committed to ensuring that every partner, educator, and family feels supported in helping children thrive.
