Amanda Caufield

Since joining Dant Clayton in 2008, Amanda Caufield has been a driving force in shaping the company’s marketing, sales operations, and client engagement strategies. Serving as the connective thread between clients and the sales operations team, she ensures seamless communication, alignment, and execution across project pursuits.

As a member of Dant Clayton’s Strategic Leadership Team, Amanda plays a pivotal role in guiding the company’s vision and long-term strategy. She has led the promotion of some of the company’s most innovative products, including the Longspan Aluminum Riser and Hybrid Precast Stadium Systems—both of which have redefined standards in the sports construction industry.

In addition to her marketing leadership, Amanda manages the Estimating Department to ensure precision and efficiency in project planning and budgeting. She also serves as Purchasing Contracts Manager, overseeing contract execution to support successful client partnerships, and holds the position of Corporate Secretary, underscoring her integral role in company governance.

Amanda’s blend of strategic insight, operational leadership, and client-focused approach makes her an essential contributor to Dant Clayton’s continued growth and industry leadership.
