Successful Practices Network works with schools and districts on a national level. They are dedicated to bringing their members the most up-to-date resources and assistance to achieve success by design, specializing in the areas of Dropout Prevention, Trauma Skills, Career and Technical Education and Literacy.

At the heart of the Successful Practices Network (SPN) is a team of seasoned education professionals united by a single, unwavering mission: to empower educators and shape the future of K-12 education. Their diverse team includes former and current teachers, administrators, acclaimed thought leaders, and experienced coaches, all dedicated to fostering future-focused education. With decades of combined experience in the field, they understand the unique challenges and high stakes involved in educating the next generation.

SPN proudly hosts three key divisions: The Career and Technical Education (CTE) Technical Assistance Center, focusing on career-oriented programs in New York State; the National Dropout Prevention Center (NDPC), offering research-based solutions to improve graduation rates; and WE SURVEYS, providing tools for anonymous feedback on school environments, instructional quality, and leadership. These divisions collectively enhance educational outcomes by addressing diverse aspects of the educational landscape.
