Statement of the Education and Libraries Networks Coalition on the 5th Circuit's Ruling in Consumers' Research et al. v FCC

The Education and Libraries Networks Coalition (EdLiNC) issued a statement in response to this week’s 5th Circuit Court decision in Consumers Research et. al v FCC. The decision rules the funding mechanism of the Universal Service Fund—which provides for E-Rate, a program critical for school internet access—unconstitutional.
