Consortium to Highlight Successful Models of Digital Learning; Meeting Serving as National Leader in Shaping Educational Technology Policies and Programs 

Alexandria, Va. – Oct. 13, 2017 – Superintendents and other school district leaders who are championing digital learning environments in our nation’s public schools are gathering in Seattle, Oct. 15-17, 2017, as part of AASA’s Digital Consortium. 

During the three-day meeting, participants leading digital transitions in their respective school districts will engage in meaningful dialogue with their peers, highlighting successful models of digital content and professional development to improve student achievement. This event is hosted by AASA, The School Superintendents Association and McGraw Hill Education. 

“AASA members who are part of our Consortium are key ambassadors for leading the digital revolution in America’s public schools,” said Daniel A. Domenech, executive director, AASA. “These meetings provide a platform to connect superintendents and other school district administrators to share best practices, concepts and strategies to advance academic outcomes for the benefit of the students they serve. We thank McGraw Hill Education for supporting this initiative.”
