NSPRA Honors AASA with Two Publication Awards

AASA, The School Superintendents Association, is receiving two honors in the National School Public Relations Association’s 2015 Publications and Electronic Media Contest. 


School Administrator, the association’s monthly magazine, earned the Award of Excellence, the top level of recognition, in the magazine category for its November 2014 issue, which was devoted to future-focused leadership. The issue included eight essays by outside experts that addressed trends affecting K-12 education. The magazine also receive the Award of Excellence in 2014.

CDO-cover.jpg AASA’s Conference Daily Online, the four-day electronic newsletter producing at the 2015 annual conference in San Diego, Calif., received the Award of Merit in the category of e-newsletter for external audience.This year’s NSPRA contest had 919 entries, including 568 in the publications competition. The Award of Excellence was given to 99 entries. All Award of Excellence winners will be on display at NSPRA’s annual seminar, July 12-15, in Nashville, Tenn.
