Alexandria, Va. – December 13, 2018 – AASA, The School Superintendents Association, announced today its new partnership with E-Rate Advantage, a New Jersey-based company that helps school districts secure the critical funding necessary to expand innovative technologies for our nation’s schools and libraries.

For more than a decade, E-Rate Advantage has been providing E-Rate consulting services to schools and school districts throughout the country, helping them maximize the program’s benefits and staying compliant with program rules.

“E-Rate provides funding that is vital to establishing, upgrading and maintaining telecommunications access for the benefit of our students in small, medium and large districts,” said Chuck Woodruff, chief operating officer, AASA. “By providing wide-ranging support to secure E-Rate funds, E-Rate Advantage takes most of the burden away from educators, which would create more time for them to do what is most important—serve their students.”

“Most districts have applied for, or are applying for, E-Rate Category 1 services,” said Ben Sniecinski, president, E-Rate Advantage. “However, many may be leaving money on the table when it comes to Category 2 services. This is where we can help.”

About E-Rate Advantage:

  • E-Rate Advantage has helped more than 400 public and private schools throughout the country apply and get approval for the funding they are entitled to under the E-Rate program.
  • E-Rate Advantage has helped small districts upgrade from cable connections to fiber connections, helped larger districts implement WAN services and helped many clients get approved for Category 2 products and services, all while maintaining compliance with E-Rate rules.
  • At E-Rate Advantage, application approval rate is in excess of 99 percent, so if you work with E-Rate Advantage, you can have a high degree of confidence your application will be approved.

AASA members are encouraged to partner with E-Rate Advantage as a viable solution for outsourcing their E-Rate application process.
