What:  AASA, The School Superintendents Association, will announce the 2016 National Superintendent of the Year during the National Conference on Education in Phoenix, Ariz. The National Superintendent of the Year program, co-sponsored by Aramark, VALIC and AASA, now in its 29th year, celebrates the contributions and leadership of public school superintendents. Hundreds of school system leaders will convene in Phoenix to discuss the most critical issues in public education.  

When: The announcement will be made Thursday, Feb. 11, 2016, during the Opening General Session from 4:15 – 6:15 p.m. (local time).

Who: The four finalists for the 2016 AASA National Superintendent of the Year.
