Alexandria, Va. – Nov. 4, 2015 – Public school educators hoping to reach the highest level of school district leadership can still enroll in AASA’s Minnesota Aspiring Superintendents Academy. The deadline to register for this collegial opportunity has been extended to December 1, 2015.

This program focuses on developing a professional practice grounded in evidence-based knowledge, skills, and dispositions resulting in certification and transition for participants into their first position as superintendent.

Sessions, which will take place in St. Paul, Minn., will be taught by experienced, effective school leaders and each participant will be paired with a mentor for guidance during the program and beyond. Out-of-state educators are welcome to participate.
