Alexandria, Va. - January 19, 2012 – Daniel A. Domenech, executive director of the American Association of School Administrators, has been appointed to the Board of Trustees of CNA. In making the announcement, Ambassador Rozanne Ridgway, chair of the CNA Board of Trustees, noted Domenech’s achievements in the education arena and welcomed the perspective that he will bring to the board.

CNA is a not-for-profit research organization that serves the public interest by providing in-depth analysis and results-oriented solutions to help government leaders choose the best course of action in setting policy and managing operations. CNA Education helps policymakers and practitioners improve the quality of public education by providing critical decision-making support.

“I am delighted to be a part of this enterprise,” said Domenech in accepting the appointment. “Our schools will only get better if we harness all the energy in the community to help. This organization is full of people with keen minds who are eager to find new solutions to the issues teachers and administrators face every day. It is an honor to serve with them.”
