for choosing to join the Personalized Learning Cohort
To
pay by Purchase Order or Check, complete the information below to
receive an invoice. The participant fee of $1,600 will be due 15 days from the date the
invoice is received.
The 2020-21 participation fee of $1,600 per district will cover
registration costs for meetings, meeting technology and materials, plus
access to the Personalized Learning community to utilize resources,
discussions, and collaboration as this group works toward impacting
early learning for all children. As a member of the Personalized Learning Cohort, you are encouraged to bring critical team members from your
district to the virtual meetings to facilitate collaboration within your
district.
AASA Cancellation Policy:
To receive a refund, cancellation requests must be received
in writing no less than 14 days prior to a program start. Refunds are not
granted for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early
departure. AASA is not responsible for weather related cancellations, airfare,
hotel or other costs incurred by attendee that are associated with the program. Total $100.00
cancellation fee will be issued.
AASA reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or
other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If AASA
cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should
circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event,
registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or
transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. AASA
is not responsible for any costs, damages, or other expenses of any
kind, including and without limitation, transportation and/or hotel
costs incurred by registrant.
