Aspiring Superintendents Academy® Spring Cohort

The Aspiring Superintendents Academy® is AASA’s signature professional learning opportunity for aspiring district leaders. The spring cohort of this academy provides leaders with an insightful blend of theory and practice utilizing a combination of two in-person sessions and a series of online webinars and virtual meetings. Each participant will complete a Capstone Project, to be presented during the final session of the program.

Participants will cover a wide range of essential topics, providing you with a deep understanding of the leadership role of a successful superintendent. Graduates will be transformational leaders who are well-equipped to lead student-centered, future-driven schools with creativity, vision and a commitment to the whole learner.

Who Should Apply?

Anyone who aspires to be a superintendent is encouraged to apply. Priority will be given to principals and central office professionals.
