By the end of the story readers see and feel pressures they recognize in thier day-to-day like. Participants explore their own work place and identify similar pressures, similar characteristics and similar threats. They are challenged to develop habits and strategies to resolve these pressures. AASA members will receive a significant discount on registration. The One-Day Leading Positive Performance and Leading Positive Change workshops are offered at $1200 each. The Two-Day Inside Innovation workshop is offered at $2200. For AASA members only take both workshops for $2200. The workshops will be offered on March 20-22, 2012 and April 24-26, 2012 .
