Membership Categories
Your member dues are vital to help AASA support all school administrators. Please use the buttons below to process your membership online, download a form to fax or mail, register for an event or shop online.
Leader $403 - for superintendents and assistant superintendents. Members in this category are eligible to vote and hold elected office and are eligible to receive legal support from AASA.
Small District Leader $180 - for superintendents and assistant superintendents in districts with less than 350 students. Members in this category are eligible to vote and hold elected office and are eligible to receive legal support from AASA.
Associate $180 – for other school system administrators and affiliated roles, including directors, cabinet members, board members, principals and central office staff. Members in this category are not eligible to vote or hold elected office and only school employees are eligible to receive legal support from AASA.
Professor $180 – for full-time professors of educational administration and/or supervision, who are not currently employed in full-time school administration. Members in this category are eligible to vote and hold elected office but are not eligible to receive legal support from AASA.
Aspiring $55 – any person enrolled or graduated from an accredited program in educational administration. Members in this category are not eligible to vote or hold elected office and are not eligible to receive legal support from AASA.
Retired Members $55 - open to anyone who has retired from full-time employment as a school administrator. Members in this category are not eligible to vote, hold elected office or receive legal support from AASA.
District Team Bundle $5,885
AASA membership for the superintendent
AASA membership for 5 additional school system employees or board members
Conference and workshop registrations: 8 registrations for the team

Legal support and voting rights extend to the superintendent; liability insurance is available to all members employed by the school district. All benefits remain available while the membership package remains current.
