Refund and Cancellation PolicyAASA must receive written notification of cancellations no later than Oct. 31, 2008. Fees for exhibit space will be refunded, less $175 per project for processing, handling and supply costs. Firms that cancel after Oct. 31, 2008, forfeit any refund.
By submitting your portfolios and PowerPoint slides for jury review, you agree that you are the copyright owner of the PowerPoint slides and any images contained in them, and you agree that AASA has permission, without any compensation to you, to use such slides for other purposes including, but not limited to, display in AASA's National Conference on Education program book and posting to the AASA website.
