New for 2011!
AASA has responded to the desires of conferences attendees, exhibitors and sponsors and has shifted the event dates of the NCE Marketplace. This schedule adjustment allows attendees more opportunities to visit the NCE Marketplace during hours convenient to them, which in turns grants sponsors and exhibitors more time to highlight their products and services.

NCE Marketplace Hours:
Thursday, Feb. 17, 2011 • 8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Friday, Feb. 18, 2011 • 10 a.m. – 4:15 p.m.

• Professional development on the NCE Marketplace floor – AASA will host conference sessions in the Knowledge Exchange Theater in addition to exhibitor-led sessions for attendees

• ExpoSuites — Exhibitors may rent exclusive suites inside the exhibit hall to host private meetings and demos with attendees, hold staff meetings, etc.

• Receptions will be held in the NCE Marketplace on Thursday and Friday

• Coffee breaks will be held in the NCE Marketplace on Thursday and Friday

• Priority housing for exhibitors — Exhibitors who book their space by July 1, 2010, are able to secure preferred accommodations at conference-designated hotels before they are available to the general public

• Exhibitor Advisory Committee — Designed to provide conference exhibitors a forum for defining the NCE Marketplace
