Your member dues are vital to help AASA support all school administrators. Please use the buttons below to process your membership online, download a form to fax or mail, register for an event or shop online. Membership term is for 12 months, beginning when the membership is received at AASA. Prices are valid through June 30 of any given year.

Active $436 - is for superintendents,  although assistant and deputy superintendents are welcomed. Members in this category receive all AASA benefits and services, including the Legal Support Program ($1M individual professional liability coverage/up to $10K for job protection defense claims based on continuous years of membership, $500 deductible), a member discount when registering for AASA meetings and conferences and more. Active members are eligible to vote and to hold elected office.

Small-School District Leader $195 - is for superintendents in school districts with less than 350 students enrolled. Members in this category receive all AASA benefits and services, including the Legal Support Program ($1M individual professional liability coverage/up to $10K for job protection defense claims based on continuous years of membership, $500 deductible), a member discount when registering for AASA meetings and conferences and more. Small-School District Leader members are eligible to vote and to hold elected office.

Professor $195 – is for full-time professors of educational administration and/or supervision, who are NOT currently employed in full-time school administration. Members in this category are eligible to vote and hold elected office but are not eligible to receive legal support from AASA.

District Cabinet $195 - is for persons who are NOT EMPLOYED AS A SUPERINTENDENT. This is the membership category for assistant and deputy superintendents, other central-office staff, principals and assistant principals. Members in this category are not eligible to vote, hold elected office or receive legal support from AASA.

Associate $195 – is for any person who is actively interested in, engaged in, or associated with any phase of educational work and is not employed by a school system. Members in this category are not eligible to vote, hold elected office or receive legal support from AASA.

Basic $63 – is for teachers, graduate students, counselors or others pursuing a career as a school system leader and/or those who hold administrative credentials and are EMPLOYED IN NON-ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS IN K-12 SCHOOLS. Members in this category are not eligible to vote, hold elected office or receive legal support from AASA.

Retired $63 - is open to anyone who has retired from full-time employment as a school administrator. Members in this category are not eligible to vote, hold elected office or receive legal support from AASA.
